1. All stored property must be owned by the customer or legally under the customer's control.
2. Customer shall maintain liability and physical damage insurance on stored property at all times.
3. No hazardous materials, explosives, illegal substances, or unlawful activities are permitted on the property.
4. No repairs, maintenance, oil changes, welding, or mechanical work of any kind may be performed on the property without written permission.
5. Stored property must remain within assigned space boundaries.
6. Customer shall secure all doors, compartments, windows, and equipment.
7. Customer shall not sublease or transfer storage rights without written authorization.
8. Customer shall obey all gate access and security procedures.
9. Customer is responsible for all guests and persons accessing the facility using their gate credentials.
10. Pay2Store reserves the right to remove any property creating a safety hazard or violating facility rules.
11. Customer is responsible for all chemical or other spills. Customer must clean up any and all spills or be subjected to EPA fines.
12. Pay2Store reserves the right to end this agreement and/or business with any customer at any time. Once notified, customer will be required to remove all property immediately.
13. Customer is responsible for any/all damages caused to the gate operation or the property itself. Customer understands that he/she is responsible for any/all repairs.
14. Pay2Store may ask customers to remove property on a temporary basis in order to conduct facility maintenance.
15. Customer understands he/she is only permitted to store property which has been identified to Pay2Store in this agreement. If the details of the stored property change, customer must notify Pay2Store immediately.
16. All customers disconnecting or parking trailers at Pay2Store are required to place a sturdy board or suitable support beneath the trailer jack to prevent sinking into, or damaging, the gravel surface. Customers will be held financially responsible for any damage resulting from failure to comply with this requirement.

Customer understands that outdoor vehicle storage involves risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, customer releases and holds harmless Pay2Store, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Theft or attempted theft
• Vandalism
• Fire
• Weather-related damage (wind, hail, flooding, etc.)
• Falling objects (trees, limbs, etc.)
• Acts of God
• Damage caused by other customers or third parties
• Personal injury occurring on the premises
• Damage to stored property

Customer acknowledges that Pay2Store is providing a parking/storage space only and is not acting as a bailee, warehouseman, insurer, or guarantor of the stored property. Customer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with storing property at the facility.

Failure to pay storage fees when due may result in denial of access, late fees, towing, storage lien enforcement, sale of property, and any other remedies permitted under Tennessee law.

Customer shall be responsible for all collection costs, attorney fees, court costs, towing expenses, and enforcement costs incurred by Pay2Store.

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pay2Store from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, attorney fees, or expenses arising from:

• Customer's use of the facility
• Customer's stored property
• Customer's guests or invitees
• Customer's violation of this Agreement

Customer acknowledges that the facility may utilize video surveillance systems. Surveillance is provided for management purposes only and is not a guarantee of security or protection. Surveillance footage may not be provided to customers upon their request.

At any point during the 3-Year Rental Agreement, should the customer decide to terminate the remaining portion of the agreement before the term concludes, the customer will be responsible for paying 70% of the remaining contracted balance.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing.
